What You Need to Know about Placenta Encapsulation
HOW DOES PICK UP AND DROP OFF WORK?
We ask all clients to let us know once labor begins. Once placenta is on ice give us a call or text, and we will make arrangements for pick up. Keep in mind that pick up times vary, but as long as your placenta is on ice it is safe until someone can arrive to pick up.

If you are birthing at a hospital we kindly ask your support person to run the placenta out to us.
As for the return, we will stay in contact with you once services are complete, and we will deliver to the address provided.
HOW DO I STORE MY PLACENTA UNTIL PICK UP?
A small HARD PLASTIC cooler is best, and placing the placenta on ice is a MUST until we pick up.
No material coolers allowed due to leaking.
IS IT OKAY TO ENCAPSULATE IF MECONIUM IS PRESENT?
Absolutely! Meconium (baby poop) is considered sterile and will not interfere with the nutrients of your placenta.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
Depending on the method chosen.
TCM - within 1-2 days
RAW - within 2-3Â days
If there are any delays on our end we will stay in contact with you, as always.
WILL YOU TAKE MY PLACENTAÂ LAST MINUTE?
Absolutely! It is very important to us that you receive the placenta medicine that you need to assist with postpartum recovery. Give us a call and we will gladly help you.
WILL YOU SERVICE AREAS IN ORANGE COUNTY, SAN DIEGO & OTHER AREAS?
Yes we do. We just opened up our availability to be able to service other areas. Please keep in mind there will be a small travel fee for outside of Temecula Valley.
